We travelled from Kumamoto city to Minamata city. The journey was splashed with much mountain views. Houses dotted around the mountains, nicely spread out. Road traffic was relaxed and not heavy. We went through highways, bridges and tunnels. The journey to our first stop of the Minamata Bay was a glimpse to the Japanese settlement and transportation layout.
